His journey was a fusion of dedication and determination, as he navigated the intricacies of the IT world while nurturing a profound love for the creative arts, particularly animation.
Those 16 years working with esteemed multinational giants served as both a foundation and a compass, shaping his path toward something extraordinary. Then came the pivotal moment—a moment when his unwavering passion overtook convention. In pursuit of his true calling, he boldly founded Karyahub Studios, a sanctuary for imagination and innovation in the world of animation.

With over 18 years of experience in the dynamic realm of entertainment and animation, Ramesh is a true visionary, showcasing the extraordinary heights attainable through unwavering dedication and a boundless passion for creativity.
Ramesh’s versatility propelled him to wear multiple hats in the animation world, including the prestigious roles of CG supervisor, post-production lead, and production manager. His creative canvas extended globally, collaborating with esteemed clients such as DIGIMATION (JAPAN), GENARETION (USA), MAINFRAME Entertainment (CANADA), Warner Bros Animation Inc. (USA), Disney (USA), Mike Young Production (US), and spearheading DVD releases for Hasbro Toys, USA through Film Roman.
RAO – CBO

Rao has over 15 years of experience in the creation, sales, and distribution of material on multiple platforms for children’s entertainment and animation. Rao has worked on projects for some of the best studios including DreamWorks, Technicolor, Nickelodeon, and Hasbro, to mention a few.
Rao is an accomplished expert in Studio Operations, Production Management, Planning, Pipelines and budgeting, Resource Management and productivity, Communications, Production Contract Management, Talent Acquisition, and Managing Outsourced/External Vendor Relationships.
As head of Business, he will bring valuable relationships between studios, producers, broadcasters, and licensees throughout the world.
ANIRBAN – CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Nothing but the Best.
Anirban Majumder is an animation visionary and Director with over 18 years of experience in the Indian animation industry. His journey in animation and film-making has been inspired by legends like Sir Stephen Spielberg and Sir Satyajit Ray.
During his remarkable 11-year tenure at Green Gold Animation Pvt Ltd, he directed Chhota Bheem (Pogo TV India) Mighty Raju (CN), Krishna & Balram (CN), Rudra (Nick), and Luv Kush (Discovery Kids) from scratch.
Anirban’s directorial prowess shone through as he helmed 3D spin-offs like Super Bheem and directed acclaimed movies such as Himalayan Adventure, Throne of Bali, and Cruise of Damayan, including the theatrical success of Mighty Raju Rio Calling.
His outstanding contributions have earned him accolades like the FICCI Award, Indian Tele Awards, and the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival Award for Best Director.
Anirban’s ultimate goal is to showcase the rich tapestry of Indian storytelling to international audiences, aiming to entertain the world.
SUDHEER – POST PRODUCTION HEAD

He has immense experience in a wide range of technologies in the areas of production and post-production of multimedia concepts. His experience in the field of production started in the year 2008 with Creative Bee Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, and has worked on major projects from the studios Gaintwheel (London), Flying-Bark (AU), PIXEL ARTS, PIXION, and TACTUS STUDIOS involving an exhaustive study of embedded technology in Animation.
Sudheers’s strong technical expertise encompasses the entire process of post-production. Beyond post-production, he has experimented with different mediums as part of his push to innovate and be on the cutting edge.
A leader with proven dexterity in leading and directing personnel to maximize team performance and ensure efficient milestone completion. A wide spectrum of experience in post-production across all platforms.
RAVINDER – 3D ANIMATION DIRECTOR
A Visionary Crafting Dreamer with a Palette of Innovation.
Ravi’s unwavering commitment extends to pushing the boundaries of artistic expression and nurturing emerging talent. Storytelling mastery spans over 16 years of journey and an insatiable passion for visual arts.
He is an expert in producing Feature animation, live-action (games), and VFX. Pinocchio, Prehistoric Planet-2, Princess of Tennis, and Monkey King are the best experiences from top companies like DreamWorks, Framestore, AniBrain, Prana, and DQ.
Currently, he orchestrates magic behind the animated scenes at Karyahub.
DINESH – 2D ANIMATION DIRECTOR
Dinesh, a seasoned Animation Director with a passion for bringing imagination to life. With an impressive 17-year journey in the animation industry, contributed his artistic prowess to renowned international companies such as Warner Bros, Disney, Dreamworks, Cybergroup, Fanaar, Birdo, Cratobaleno, Titmouse, and various in-house productions and seamlessly blended innovation with a wealth of experience. His dynamic career has been a canvas for crafting captivating narratives, and a deep understanding of the art and science of animation stands as a testament to his commitment to excellence.
